Book a ride

Tell us about the trip

Four short steps, about four minutes. If you would rather talk it through, dispatch answers around the clock on (613) 555-0140.

Step 1 of 5

Who is this ride for?

Who is this ride for?
Who is this ride for?
What kind of trip do you need?

Not sure yet? Choose the closest one — a coordinator will confirm it with you.

Where and when

Include the unit, floor or room number if there is one.

The hospital, clinic or home the passenger is going to.

Stairs, a buzzer code, a back entrance, a dog who barks.

Department, floor, or which entrance to use.

Or the appointment time — we'll work backwards.

An estimate is fine.

How can we help on the day?
How does the passenger get around?

This decides the vehicle, the crew and how much time we allow. It is the single most useful thing you can tell us.

Roughly what does the passenger weigh?

Lifts and cots have rated limits. A range is enough — we never ask for an exact figure.

Does the passenger travel with oxygen?

Their own portable cylinder or concentrator is fine — we just plan for securing it.

Is anyone travelling with them?

One companion always rides free.

Anything else that would help on the day?

Tick anything that applies. Nothing here adds a surcharge on its own.

Anything our crew should know to keep the passenger safe and comfortable — recent surgery, a fragile arm, infection-control precautions, or what helps when they are anxious.

Who should we confirm with?

The person we should call to confirm.

Daughter, support worker, discharge planner — whatever fits.

We call to confirm every booking, so this is the one field we really need.

For a written confirmation and the receipt.

Who will be paying for the trip?

We quote before you confirm, and the quote does not change afterwards.
