  Some people don't need a wheelchair — they need an arm to hold, someone to carry the bag, and a driver who will wait until the front door is locked. Ambulatory transfer is our most-requested service, and it is the one families most often wish they had booked sooner.

  Wheelchair transportation

  Our wheelchair vans are built for real chairs — including wide, tilt and power models. Passengers stay in their own chair for the whole journey, secured with a four-point system and a separate occupant belt, so nobody has to be lifted in and out of a seat they did not choose.

  What’s included

  Stretcher transportation

  Stretcher transfer is for scheduled journeys where a passenger needs to stay lying down: a move between facilities, a return home after a long admission, or a specialist appointment across the province. Two attendants handle every stretcher trip, from the bedside at pickup to the bedside at arrival.
