Some people don't need a wheelchair — they need an arm to hold, someone to carry the bag, and a driver who will wait until the front door is locked. Ambulatory transfer is our most-requested service, and it is the one families most often wish they had booked sooner.

What’s included

Everything here is part of the service. Where a trip needs something extra, we quote it before you confirm.

  • Door-through-door assistance

    We come to the door, not the curb. Your attendant helps with coats, bags, keys and steps, and walks you all the way to the clinic desk.

  • Help with stairs

    Tell us how many steps there are when you book. We plan the crew and equipment around them, at no extra charge for a standard flight.

  • A companion rides free

    One family member, friend or support worker can travel with every passenger at no additional cost.

  • Wait-and-return

    For shorter appointments, your attendant can stay on site and bring you home the moment you're finished.

Good to know

  • Book at least two hours ahead when you can; same-day requests are accepted subject to availability.
  • We confirm every booking with a call or text that names your driver and gives a pickup window.
  • If you use a walker, cane or rollator, it travels with you — just let us know at booking.
