Medical appointment transportation

Missing an appointment costs more than the appointment. We build the return trip into every booking, so no one is left in a waiting room at 4:45 p.m. wondering how they will get home.

A caregiver sits beside an older man in his living room, resting a hand on his arm as they talk.

What’s included

Everything here is part of the service. Where a trip needs something extra, we quote it before you confirm.

  • The return trip is part of the booking

We schedule the ride home when we schedule the ride out, and hold the slot even if the clinic runs late.

  • Wait-and-return

For appointments under about ninety minutes, your attendant can wait on site rather than dispatching a second vehicle.

  • Arrival buffer

We build arrival time into the plan so passengers are at the desk before their appointment, not sprinting for it.

  • Family updates

Ask us to text a named family member on pickup and on arrival. Many of our regular clients do.

Who this is for

  • Patients attending specialist, imaging or pre-operative appointments
  • Day-surgery patients who are told they cannot drive themselves home
  • Caregivers coordinating several appointments in one week
  • Case managers arranging travel for a client

Good to know

  • Give us the clinic name, floor and department if you have it — large hospitals have several entrances and we'll use the right one.
  • If the appointment finishes early, call dispatch. We'll move the return trip up when we can.
  • Recurring appointments can be booked as a standing schedule so you don't have to call every week.

This is not an emergency service. We provide scheduled, non-emergency transportation only. If someone needs medical help right now, call 911.
