Dialysis & recurring treatment
Three times a week, every week, for years. Recurring treatment transport has to be boring in the best possible way — same window, familiar faces, no phone call required. We hold standing schedules so the ride is one thing nobody has to think about.
What’s included
Everything here is part of the service. Where a trip needs something extra, we quote it before you confirm.
-
A standing schedule
Set it once. Your slots are held for the length of the programme, and you only call us to change something.
-
Consistent crews
We assign recurring routes to the same small group of attendants wherever scheduling allows.
-
Post-treatment awareness
Attendants know that the ride home after dialysis is not the ride out. Slower transfers, warmer vehicle, no rush.
-
Simple billing
Recurring trips are invoiced monthly on one statement, whether the payer is the patient, a facility or an insurer.
Who this is for
- Haemodialysis patients on a fixed weekly schedule
- Oncology and infusion clinic patients
- Outpatient rehabilitation and physiotherapy programmes
- Anyone attending the same clinic more than twice a month
Good to know
- Tell us your clinic's chair time and we'll work backwards to set the pickup.
- Missed or cancelled sessions can be dropped with a call to dispatch — no penalty for treatment changes.
- Ask us about coverage. Some private plans and programmes reimburse recurring treatment travel.
This is not an emergency service. We provide scheduled, non-emergency transportation only. If someone needs medical help right now, call 911.
